Your Right To Be Removed
Bulsajo Taekwondo LLC ("Bulsajo Taekwondo," "we," or "us") will delete the personal information we hold about you or your child on request. This page explains what we hold, how to ask us to delete it, and what happens next.
What We Hold
- Student and parent or guardian names
- Phone numbers and email addresses
- Enrollment history, program and schedule preferences, attendance and belt records
- Payment history — handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers
- Text message and email history, including opt-in records
- Messages you have sent us through this website or social media
How To Request Deletion
Call or text 561-985-8738, or come see us at 143 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd E, Belle Glade, FL 33430. Tell us the student's full name and the phone number or email address on the account so we can find the right records — we may ask a question or two to confirm who you are before we delete anything.
A parent or guardian may make this request on behalf of their child.
What Happens Next
- We confirm we received your request within 5 business days
- We delete the information within 30 days
- We confirm once it is done
- Text and email opt-in records are removed, and messages from us stop
What We May Keep
We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it, for tax and accounting records, to resolve an outstanding balance or dispute, or to prevent fraud. Our payment processor keeps its own records under its own retention policy. If a student is still enrolled, deleting the records we need to run classes will end that enrollment.
Facebook and Instagram
If you have messaged or interacted with our Facebook or Instagram pages, Meta stores that activity on its own systems under its own policies, and we cannot delete it for you. To remove data held under your Meta account, use Meta's process at facebook.com/help/delete_account. Ask us and we will delete anything we have separately saved from those conversations.
