Little Tigers takes students from age 3. Children Taekwondo runs 5–12, and Taekwondo Kombat is 12 and up — with no upper age limit at all. Adults are genuinely welcome, and we already have them on the mat.

None at all. Every program starts from the very beginning, and most students walk in having never thrown a kick in their life. The instructor takes new students through the basics from their very first class.

For our martial arts classes the first month is $75, and the uniform is included when you enroll — a $75 value on its own. That is a full month of classes — not a single trial lesson — so you can see whether it fits before deciding anything. The $75 covers Little Tigers, Children, Taekwondo Kombat and Women's Kickboxing. It does not apply to the After School program, which is a separate program at $300 a month.

It depends on the program and how many days a week you train. Children Taekwondo is $200 for three days a week, $175 for two, or $150 for one. Taekwondo Kombat is $175 a month for its two evenings. Little Tigers is $150 a month and Women's Kickboxing is $150. The After School program is separate at $300 a month. There is also an annual registration fee of $99 per student, charged once a year. After School Taekwondo is $300 a month, and you can pay monthly or split it and pay biweekly — whichever suits your pay schedule. There is no trial to enter and no $75 first month on this program; you sign up and your child starts. The price covers school pickup, homework help, activity and the Taekwondo class itself. No. Nothing to sign that locks you in, and no cancellation fee. If you need to stop, tell us before your next billing date and that is the end of it. We would rather earn the next month than trap anyone into it.

Comfortable athletic clothes and bare feet — that is all. You will get your official dobok (uniform) when you enroll.

Belt graduations are held every three months and the testing fee is $82. To graduate, a student needs all 6 stripes for their current belt and a minimum of 12 classes. Your instructor decides when a student is ready and issues the invitation — nobody tests just because the date came around. Family and friends are welcome to watch. Read the full graduation process.

Stripes mark progress between belts. There are 6 stripes per belt, awarded in class as your child demonstrates each part of the curriculum for their rank — forms, technique, terminology and conduct. All six have to be earned before graduating to the next belt, so you can always see how far along they are without waiting for graduation day. See what each stripe is for.

Following our belt ladder, about four years of consistent training. Each rank has its own time at rank and its own requirements — you can see the whole path on the belts page. A rank here reflects real growth in technique and character, so it takes as long as it takes.

Yes. Protective gear is required for all sparring, drills are matched to the age group, and everything on the mat is supervised. Tell us about any medical condition or injury before the first class so we can teach around it.

Always, and we love it when you do. Parents are welcome to sit and watch every class. We only ask that the coaching from the sideline is left to the instructor.

Yes, in Belle Glade. We collect from local schools Monday through Friday and run until 6:00 PM — homework help, activity, and mat time, with the Taekwondo class itself at 3:30–4:30 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Spots are limited by how many children we can safely transport, so call early in the term. It is a separate program at $300 a month, paid monthly or biweekly, with no trial to enter. We run camps at $150 a week with a field trip every day, and single holiday days at $50 for things like teacher planning days. Fridays are wrestling. Campers need a camp shirt, and lunch is either money for the front office or a packed lunch from home. Your child does not need to be enrolled in classes to come. See camps.

Two things. Taekwondo Kombat is our 12-and-up program, and Women's Kickboxing runs twice a week at $150 a month, open to all ages with no experience needed.

Black belt ranks are registered through Kukkiwon, the world headquarters of Taekwondo, so the rank is recognized internationally. Our curriculum descends from the Moo Duk Kwan lineage, and the school carries an endorsement from FEMEXTKD, Mexico's national Taekwondo federation. See affiliations.
