Tournaments & Kombat

Competing is optional — but for the students who want it, there is a real path.

Two to five tournaments a year

We travel across South Florida for competition. Students are entered when their instructor believes they are ready, never to fill a bracket.

Joining Kombat Taekwondo

Our teens and adults program is being rebuilt around the Kombat Taekwondo format — the professional league that blends traditional Taekwondo with full-contact competition.

Tournament readiness starts at blue belt

By blue belt a student has seven forms and real sparring experience. That is generally when competition becomes a serious option.

Nobody is required to compete

Most students never enter a tournament, and that is completely fine. The belt curriculum stands on its own.
