Who This Covers
Bulsajo Taekwondo LLC ("Bulsajo Taekwondo," "we," or "us") teaches Moodukkwan Taekwondo in Belle Glade and Clewiston, Florida. This policy explains how we handle information about our students, their parents and guardians, and visitors to this website — including the texts and emails we send.
Information We Collect
- Student name, date of birth, and belt rank
- Parent or guardian name, phone number, and email address
- Emergency contact details and any medical or physical limitation you choose to share so we can teach safely
- Attendance, testing, and promotion records
- Billing records — card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us
- Messages you send us and basic website usage data
Students Under 18
Most of our students are children. We collect a child's information from a parent or guardian at enrollment, not from the child directly, and we do not knowingly let children under 13 submit information to us online.
A parent or guardian may review what we hold about their child, correct it, ask us to delete it, or refuse further collection, by contacting us at the number below. We use a child's information only to run classes, track progress, keep them safe, and communicate with their family.
Photos and Video of Students
We photograph and record classes, testings, and tournaments, and we share those images on our social media and website. If you do not want your child photographed, tell us in writing or call us — we will honor it, and we will remove existing images where we reasonably can. We never publish a student's full name alongside their image without a parent's permission.
Text Messages (SMS)
Bulsajo Taekwondo sends text messages only to people who have given us express consent — by submitting a form that says so, giving us your number in person or over the phone, or texting us first. We never buy phone numbers or text people who have not opted in.
If you opt in, you may receive:
- Class reminders, schedule changes, and closures
- Testing and tournament dates, and belt promotion news
- Billing reminders and account notices
- Occasional school announcements and events
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 561-985-8738.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts, and only so the message can reach you.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Bulsajo Taekwondo sends email to people who asked to hear from us or who are current customers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly, and always within 10 business days.
Opting out of marketing email does not stop service messages — receipts, schedule changes, or replies to something you asked us about.
Who Else Sees Your Information
We do not sell your information or your child's information. We share it only with service providers who process our payments, send our messages, and host our systems, and only as needed to provide those services — or where the law requires it.
How We Protect Information
We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their job, and we use reputable service providers for payments, messaging, and hosting. No method of storing or transmitting information is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
How Long We Keep It
We keep student records while the student is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterward, so a returning student keeps their rank history. You may ask us to delete records we are not required to keep.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may opt out of marketing texts or email at any time without affecting the service you receive from us.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Bulsajo Taekwondo changes or as the law does. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it took effect. Material changes will be made clear before they take effect where the law requires it.
